Booking A Clean
Due to our straight forward and transparent booking process, cleans can be booked within just a few clicks.
The Booking Process:
Select the type of clean you require.
Select your property location.
Select amount of bedrooms and add any extra rooms.
Enter property address.
Select the date and time you'd like the clean*.
Select your cleaner.
If you are a new customer enter your name and contact details, otherwise login to your customer account. Review terms and condition and accept if you'd like to proceed.
Double check the information you provided.
Make payment using your chosen card.
Booking complete! Check your emails for your booking confirmation.

After The Booking Is Made:
Once payment is made both you and the cleaner will receive booking confirmations including important details of the clean and contact information for either party. Our friendly cleaners will often reach out to you to thank you for booking them, which may be done within the Cleaners On Chat messaging service, by email or by phone.
It is essential customers communicate all important information to cleaners; such as how to enter the property, if there will be pets at the present, where linen is kept if a holiday let clean or even any specific areas that you'd like the cleaner to focus on.
Changes To The Booking:
You can change the time/date of booking free of charge if at least 48 hours and the cleaner you selected has availability. This can be done within your booking confirmation by clicking 'Manage this Appointment'. This will take you to a page showing a summary of the clean, in the top right corner you'll have the option to 'Reschedule'. 'Reschedule' can also be accessed within your customer dashboard. You can then chose an alternative date/time subject to your cleaners availability. If your cleaner has no availability that suits you then you'll need to cancel the clean and rebook with a different cleaner - if at least 48 hours before you'll receive a full refund less the £2.50 booking fee.
Cleaners are not able to make any changes to bookings, in the instance a cleaner contacts you asking to change the time of the clean then accepting is at your own discretion - alternatively you can contact Cleaners On Tap and rest assured we'll make every effort to replace your cleaner with one that can meet your booking requirements. In the instance we can't fulfil your booking then you'll receive a full refund.
