How To Cancel A Clean As A Customer


To cancel a scheduled clean as a customer, you must log into your customer dashboard and select the appointments tab. This is where your upcoming cleans will be displayed and you will have the option to confirm a cancellation here as showed in the photo above. Please note, you also have the option to cancel or manage your upcoming bookings via the confirmation email you have received for them.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations made more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking.

How long will my refund take?



Refunds will be returned to the original payment card and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
