How To Cancel A Clean As A Customer


To cancel a scheduled clean as a customer, you must log into your customer dashboard and select the appointments tab. This is where your upcoming cleans will be displayed and you will have the option to confirm a cancellation here as showed in the photo above. Please note, you also have the option to cancel or manage your upcoming bookings via the confirmation email you have received for them.
If you are cancelling your booking with more than 48 hours notice you will be able to get a full refund (less the Booking Fee) for your clean. Any bookings more than 24 hours away but less than 48 you will be entitled to a 50% refund (less Booking Fee). There will be no refund offered for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
