Cleaner Account Guide
If you are logging in for the first time you'll be prompted to set up your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), this is a second form of identification put in place to keep your account super safe. Check out this article for more information on MFA - How to setup MFA for your account? .

Dashboard
The Cleaner dashboard provides a smart overview of your account. The performance section of this page allows you to monitor how much you are earning overall, how much you are earning from particular locations, how much you are earning from certain types of cleans and how much you have earnt in a specific time period. Below this you'll see a day preview giving you a snapshot of the day ahead.
Calendar
The Calendar is perfect for giving you a monthly overview of your booked cleans and your availability. This is perfect for reviewing availability to ensure any days/times you are unavailable have been blocked, click here for help on setting your schedule - Set Your Cleaning Schedule . The calendar view can be changed by clicking the drop down next to 'Month' and selecting which view you'd like, you can also filter the calendar accordingly by clicking the 3 dots in the top right corner next to 'Month'.
Appointments
Appointments gives you a neat list where you can view all upcoming and past appointments. Key parts of appointments includes:
Service - the type of clean the customer has booked.
Date/Time - this is when the customer has booked the clean to begin.
Customers name
Status - if approved this mean the clean is due to go ahead and if cancelled the clean is no longer required. Payment Status - this refers to if the customer has paid Cleaners On Tap for the clean (cleans will not be approved without payment).
Price - this is the total price of the clean including the £2.50 booking fee and the 15% cleaner commission.
By clicking on an appointment a pop up will appear on the right of the page showing more detailed booking information such as size of property, clean start and end time, property address, customer contact details, an option to start chatting to the customer and a price breakdown. It is important to note you will not be able to make any change to bookings yourself, if changes are required just get in touch with us and we'll be able to assist.
Settings
The most important section of your account! Settings provides you complete control over your profile and availability. At the top of the page is General Information where you can check your name and contact details are up to date (this is where we'll be sending your booking confirmations), you can also add an additional contact email below if there is someone else you'd like to be notified when you receive bookings.
