🧾 When Will I Get Paid? – Cleaner Payment Schedule

We want you to always know when to expect your pay. Here’s how and when cleaner payouts are processed.

📅 Payment Timing

Cleaners are paid every Friday via bank transfer for cleans completed during the previous pay week, which runs from Friday to Thursday.

• Cleans completed between Friday and Thursday will be paid the Friday after next
• This means there is a minimum 8-day delay between completing a clean and receiving payment for it

🗓 Example

• A clean completed on Thursday, June 27 → paid on Friday, July 5
• A clean completed on Friday, June 28 → paid on Friday, July 12
• ❗Note: Cleans done on a Friday will not be paid the next Friday — they will be paid two Fridays later, this timing allows for job verification and secure processing of payments

💳 How Will I Be Paid?

• All payments are sent via bank transfer to the account you’ve provided
• Funds typically arrive in your bank within 1–2 business days
• You can review all past and upcoming cleans within your dashboard

📈 How Much Will I Be Paid?

When calculating your expected earnings, simply multiply the hours you worked by the correct hourly rate:

• General Cleans & Holiday Let Cleans → £17.00 per hour
• Deep Cleans → £20.00 per hour

💡 Examples:

• 4 hours on a General Clean = 4 × £17.00 = £68.00
• 2 hours on a General Clean + 3 hours on a Deep Clean = (2 × £17.00) + (3 × £20.00) = £34.00 + £60.00 = £94.00
