🧾 When Will I Get Paid? – Cleaner Payment Schedule

We want you to always know when to expect your pay. Here’s how and when cleaner payouts are processed.

📅 Payment Timing

• Cleaners are paid every Friday via bank transfer.
• The pay week runs Saturday to Friday.
• Cleans completed between Saturday and Friday will be paid the following Friday.
• This means there is typically a 7–13 day delay between completing a clean and receiving payment, depending on the day of the clean.

🗓 Examples

• A clean completed on Saturday, June 22 → paid on Friday, July 5 (13 days later)
• A clean completed on Thursday, June 27 → paid on Friday, July 5 (8 days later)
• A clean completed on Friday, June 28 → paid on Friday, July 5 (7 days later)
• A clean completed on Saturday, June 29 → paid on Friday, July 12 (13 days later)

💳How Will I Be Paid?

• Payments are sent via bank transfer to the account you’ve provided.
• Funds typically arrive in your bank within 1–2 business days.
• You can review all past and upcoming cleans within your dashboard.

📈 How Much Will I Be Paid?

Multiply the hours you worked by the correct hourly rate:

• General Cleans & Holiday Lets → £17.00/hour
• Deep Cleans → £20.00/hour

💡 Examples

• 4 hours on a General Clean = 4 × £17.00 = £68.00
• 2 hours on a General Clean + 3 hours on a Deep Clean = (2 × £17.00) + (3 × £20.00) = £94.00
• 100% of customer tips go directly to you.
