Select your property location. Select amount of bedrooms and add any extra rooms. Enter property address. Select the date and time you'd like the clean*. Select your cleaner. How To Cancel A Clean As A Customer To cancel a scheduled clean as a customer, you must log into your customer dashboard and select the appointments tab. This is where your upcoming cleans will be displayed and you will have the option to confirm a cancellation here as showed in the photo above.
